Every month I have a marketing meeting to attend to exchange ideas and information with my fellow marketing minds. This week Fabio the organiser chose Duck & Waffle which Shewy and I have been longing to go at sunrise. It is well known for its view and it is open 24hrs a day. From the name of the restaurant I am sure you can derive its signature dish. Sadly Shewy couldn’t attend as it was a Friday morning at 9am.
It was a productive morning discussing the trends and way forward for restaurant marketing. As for Duck & Waffle it is a definite visit but a revisit wouldn’t be anytime soon.
My breakie as from the picture below, fried duck egg, confit duck on top of waffles with syrup.
The view from the 40th floor of Heron Tower was amazing with our Tracey with a little vertigo in the fast shooting lift.
Bar area and partial view of the private dining room.

PS. To make it up for Shewy, after the meeting I walked over to Bank, drifted a bit and had lunch with him. Happy husband, glutinous wife.
